Cochlear structure in optical coherence tomography images

概要

The cochlea is the organ responsible for the sense of hearing. Traditionally it has been difficult to examine. I would like to present a system for segmenting cochlear images obtained by optical coherence tomography that utilizes state-of-the-art technology for accurate portrayal of structure.

Although OCT is mainly used for biomedical imaging, it also has industrial applications such as nondestructive testing and material thickness measurements. Our system can be easily tailored for such.
